Conditions of use:

Payment solutions:

MechaDoll EUROPE, MECHTECH Distribution Company can sell all articles and Models as a payment in advance to her exclusive- customers, only. We use a standard bank transfer account.

Delivery Charges:

We sell our MechaDoll Model Standard Version Leeloo include of her delivery cost.

We sell our MechaDoll Model Leeloo Torso Version exclude of her delivery cost.

General we sell all MechaDoll Leeloo Models / Articles exclude of her delivery cost if the customers delivery address will be outside of the EUROPEN area.

We sell all article include and exclude of her delivery cost. Additionally we charge the actual cost of handling and delivery rates as indicated on the order forms, in our Webshop System, on our order confirmation / calculation /invoice.

We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. All goods come with a 14 - days guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product. (P&P costs are non refundable).

Returns conditions:

The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

* On occasions we will ask you to post back to our supplier.
* The goods MUST BE in their original condition & packaging.
* The goods MUST BE received back at our office (by recorded delivery) within 7-14 days.

* Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please read also the terms of our business partners, maybe exchangeable returns are possible and include their own terms.

* If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to MechaDoll / MECHTECH Company within 24 hours of the delivery date. MechaDoll / MECHTECH cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law:

These terms of business and any contracts concluded hereunder shall be governed, interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects under the German law.

Important notes:
For order activation we use a payment in advance solution, only. Because every Production- Order is a special made, for a special exclusive desired production for exclusive customers, only. No cancelling is possible after the order is activated. No resets or abandonment, cancellations of any activated orders are possible. With the supported money about the total amount of our Order- confirmation you have sent and you have accepted our terms & condition in addition, also completely.

All orders about our Web shop- System will be fixed, even in addition after all the contract papers are signed and the money is arrived our bank account.

Customers understand and agree to MECHTECH / Mechadoll Creations cancellation policy (no refund if production on order has activated or has begun) 10% cancellation fee if cancelled after order has been confirmed. It is up to us (production calculation), if we can agree a cancel desire from a customer. Please understand and sorry us, that we shall use those kind of strong terms & conditions. But the product of itself makes it necessarily to use those kinds of terms, for our all relationships.
